  • How do I purchase the Done With You add on?

    Start your subsctiption by following a Subscribe Now link and providing payment. Once complete, text Jeff at 206-488-1871 to add it to your order.

  • What is included in the Done With You add on?

    With the Done With You add on we help you build your website from the Mini or Full template that you purchased, or is included in your plan. "Help" includes adding and removing pages, adding your photos, updating the main and footer menu, adding or removing sections from primary pages like the homepage or contact page, and other work using the template you select. It does not include changes to the template itself or changes to the layout of template pages (like galleries). These changes all occur before the website is launched with the mini or full template. Once the website is launched it is yours to continue to grow or change.

  • How do I purchase a Mini Template or Full Template?

    Start your subscription by following a Subscribe Now link and providing payment. Then text Jeff at 206-488-1871 to have him add on the template to your order.

  • How do I get the one-page website?

    A one-page website based on one of our templates is included every subscription and we work to build that as soon as possible once we have your order, typically within 1 business day. After completing payment you will be taken to a multi-step form that asks for your information for the one-page site. If you need that link again, it's here: New Subscriber Setup

  • How do I get support or help?

    Please follow the Support link in the footer of the website to get to our videos, knowledge base, or to open a support ticket. We answer questions at no charge. If you would like us to make changes to your website we bill by the minute at our standard hourly rate. The amount due will be charged to your account.
